We wanted to spend a family weekend somewhere away before our son heads to college. I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a cozy, relaxed place to spend a few days.
Collen and Matt are great hosts and respond within minutes.
We enjoyed the sun room, the fire pit, the hot tub, and the house in general. We spent one whole day out at Hickory State Park, which I highly recommend checking out.

Myself and my family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful Airbnb. It was nicely decorated and very clean and had so many updates throughout the property . It’s in a great gated community with a community center , 3 pools and 4 beaches . In addition you can rent bikes and fish . Definitely great for a family or a group of friends . My kids didn’t want to leave . Host was always so nice and responsive. They even left supplies to make to make smores . My kids loved it . Will definitely stay here again .

We had a great stay at Colleen and Matts house. It was perfect for our stay in the Poconos. My children loved the daily visits of the deer to the back garden. The firepit and hot tub were a nice distraction. All in all well located and close to all the area has to offer! Really enjoyed it!!

My fiance had a wonderful few days at Colleen and Matt's place. The house was gorgeous, exactly as listed.
It was really nice having a bedroom on the first floor. Our dog is on the older side and sometimes stairs give her trouble. Having the ability to stay on the same floor as her at night was a huge plus for us.
The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, a nice change of pace from Philadelphia.
I forgot my glasses and had to go back after the scheduled checkout time. Colleen and Matt immediately answered and let me back in the grab them, which I very much appreciated!
We would love to stay here again!

We had such a wonderful and relaxing weekend getaway! The space was exactly what we needed—peaceful, clean, and beautifully kept. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made our stay feel extra special.
My husband and I truly appreciated the quiet surroundings and cozy atmosphere—it gave us a chance to unwind and reconnect. Thank you for being such gracious hosts and providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape. We would absolutely love to return!

We loved staying here we would love to repeat Matt and Colleen were really responsive and we loved how we could stay there and feel like we were at home plus it was super clean the hot tub 5 star and it was a relaxing place the beds super comfy everything was great we would definitely coming back it’s a 5 star stay ❤️

We had an amazing stay at Matt and Colleen’s place! We were there with our whole family, including two small kids, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We spent cozy evenings by the fire and enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi.
Matt and Colleen were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they were quick to assist. Their hospitality made a huge difference and made us feel truly welcome.
This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Great value for money, and a wonderful experience all around. Highly recommend!

I want you express my gratitude for Matt & Colleen for the outstanding hospitality they showed me and my family. It was my birthday weekend and I am so pleased to have to chose their home to spend the weekend and their home did not disappoint. I highly recommend this stay to ANYONE who’s looking for a nice relaxed weekend and also it’s kid friendly. Gas stations, convenience stores are less than 5 mins away and whatever questions you have they will answer within 10 minutes. I will definitely booking a stay once again with my friends and family. Thanks again Matt & Colleen.

Colleen & Matt hosted myself and 3 guest in one of Airbnb’s listings and what a “gem home” Their response time to questions was fast and very detailed. If you love to feel like you’re on vacation at a 5 star resort then look no further. Let me say this to help you book fast. This home was equipped with everything, complementary coffee and tea, bath essentials, towels and bedding in abundance, fully equipped kitchen, home very clean, organized, decor very relaxing, bedding top tier, mattress levels of comfort 10/10, hot tub my fav, fire pit my fav, and grill my fav!! Truly the home is just everything and more…Our next visit I will visit in the summer and enjoy the beach or lake outside of the home….Colleen & Matt you deserve 10 stars for your beautiful home!!!
