The secondary bedroom features a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a set of twin-sized bunk beds. An additional twin-size trundle bed is located beneath the bunks. TVs in all three rooms. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are two full bathrooms, each of them stocked with the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. The first floor bathroom has a bath/shower combo as well as a washer and dryer for your use. The second bathroom has a shower only. We provide shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in each bathroom. ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. The dining area seats 6 guests at the gorgeous wooden table. We even have a high chair for our smallest guests to use! Enjoy your morning coffee or tea with our fully-stocked coffee bar. There's even an air fryer so you can make your favorite meals! ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The exterior area of this home boasts a cozy fire pit with plenty of space for you to relax around. There is a table on the back deck for your enjoyment as well as a bbq grill. We have provided some outdoor games to help make your stay fun! Guests also have access to the amenities and activities that the Arrowhead Lake gated community has to offer, such as beaches, pools, and a community center with pool tables and a fitness center. The brand new, 6-person hot tub is right off the back deck making it easy to go out and enjoy a relaxing soak! Other things to note: By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 per pet fee

IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTE: An additional fee of: "In Season" (Memorial Day-Labor Day): $8.50/person/night, $20/vehicle, and a $20 admin. fee "Off Season" ( Labor Day-Memorial Day): $2.00/person/night, $20/vehicle, $20 admin fee will be charged after you book to cover community access for your entire stay. This is a fee charged by the community-not by the hosts. There will be a $100 expedited processing fee for any guest registration occurring between 3 days prior and 2 days prior to your stay. Again, this is a community assessed fee. Received Fees and vehicle information must be provided for registration no later than 2 days before your scheduled check in date. Failure to provide this information will result in a cancellation of your stay with no refund. Colleen & Matt hosted myself and 3 guest in one of Airbnb’s listings and what a “gem home” Their response time to questions was fast and very detailed. If you love to feel like you’re on vacation at a 5 star resort then look no further. Let me say this to help you book fast. This home was equipped with everything, complementary coffee and tea, bath essentials, towels and bedding in abundance, fully equipped kitchen, home very clean, organized, decor very relaxing, bedding top tier, mattress levels of comfort 10/10, hot tub my fav, fire pit my fav, and grill my fav!! Truly the home is just everything and more…Our next visit I will visit in the summer and enjoy the beach or lake outside of the home….Colleen & Matt you deserve 10 stars for your beautiful home!!!

We had an amazing stay at Colleen and Matt’s listing! The house was beautiful and both Colleen and Matt were very quick when responding to any of our questions that we had. They were also very accommodating with our requests and very helpful. This house was absolutely beautiful, clean and enjoyable. Will definitely be booking a stay again!
