My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Deer Run. The house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked with fresh linens and towels. The major highlights for us were the fire pit and hot tub -- we enjoyed them every night of our trip to unwind! Colleen and Matt were responsive and friendly, answering all of our questions. We would definitely book again!

My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is amazing, and is exactly as shown in the photos. The arcade room and wellness room are such great additions. The location was wonderful. We took walks around the community and to the lakes, everyone was very friendly. It was super peaceful, relaxing, and comfy. Colleen and Matt were also extremely kind and responsive any time we had a question. I highly recommend this place and I will most certainly be back again!

Our group of 13 loved Colleen and Matt’s place! The place was spacious and pristine clean. I am usually a stickler for cleanliness and was very happy with how everything felt clean - from kitchen to restroom to bedrooms. The house was well stocked and kept us busy for our weekend Poconos getaway. Colleen and Matt were so kind and very responsive! The coffee machine didn’t work one morning, and they responded within minutes and sent a new coffee machine to the front door within 30 minutes! We would love to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time! Everything felt warm and cozy, just like being at home. The jacuzzi was amazing, and we really enjoyed the grill, barbecue, and campfire we even roasted marshmallows. We had lots of fun with the kids, played games, and truly relaxed. It was a great getaway we recharged in nature and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you to the Colleen and Matt!

We booked the house for a girls weekend and will return! The house is so clean and bright and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided plus some extra goodies to introduce us to some local baked goods-yummy!! There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. The hot tub was ready for use and easy to get in and out of. We also enjoyed seeing lots of wildlife. Highly recommend booking and staying here while you’re visiting the Poconos. Easy access to and from Interstate 80.

The house was beautiful, the design, the colors combination, the game area and children bedroom was fabulous. The host ensured that every detail of the house was impressive. The communication with the host was fluid. We definitely would come back. We wish be able to give more than 5 star. Thank you .

Really loved this place. Colleen and Matt made everything super easy to check in and out provided easy detailed information and instructions. Came with my husband and our 2 dogs to celebrate our pup’s birthday and our anniversary. Usually other stays have 100 & 1 rules for dogs but this place allowed them to feel like home! There was no weights limit or breed discrimination etc. Our pups loved the fireplace and screened in porch just as much as we did. House was CLEAN we had no complaints. Only wished we could’ve used the hot tub but that was completely on us not wanting to be outside in the rain and snow. Hot tub was clean and hot. Wawa & CVS is less than a 5min drive perfect for anything we forgot and a beer run. Hoping to come back with some friends next time!

The place is very comfortable and homey. It’s right on the ski slopes and in a beautiful location. Lots of room to hang with your crew. Clean convenient and well equipped.
