The large front deck with a gas grill, a cozy fire pit with some wood provided are perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Large driveway with plenty of parking. ☆☆ HEATING AND COOLING ☆☆ The home is heated by radiant heating floorboards as well as common area mini split units. Each room can be controlled separately for a comfortable experience for everyone. For summer stays, please note that bedrooms are not cooled by AC units. The common areas are air-conditioned by mini split units. ☆☆ THE COMMUNITY☆☆ This home is located in the beautiful and amenity-filled Locust Lake Village. Just a short 5 minute drive from the house! Amenity wristbands for 8 guests are included with your stay! **Good to know:** Community amenities are managed by the HOA and availability can occasionally change. We'll always let you know of any updates we're aware of, but we cannot guarantee amenity access and are unable to offer refunds or adjustments if the pool or lake is unexpectedly unavailable during your stay.
Other Details to Note
By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 pet fee. Upon booking you will be asked for the following registration information: -full names and ages of all guests -information for all vehicles coming into the community Please complete this promptly after booking so your access to the community is ready when you arrive. Guests who are not registered will not be granted community access, so we want to make sure everything is set up smoothly for you in advance.
