Please note: while the house sleeps 12, be mindful of bed sizes and be sure that the set up is appropriate for your group. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are two full bathrooms each of them stocked with the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. Both the second floor and third floor bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. We provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in each bathroom. There are also plenty of towels so you don't have to pack any! ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. The dining area seats 8 guests. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea with our fully-stocked coffee bar. ☆☆ SPECIAL TOUCHES YOU WILL LOVE ☆☆ The Game Room - Fun for all ages, includes a full-sized pool table and ping pong table, foosball, and a basketball game! You will not be able to access the community without being registered. Reservations that are not registered with the community will be cancelled without refund. Any last-minute bookings (less than 3 days before stay) will be charged an additional $100 for expedited community registration after booking. Minimum age to rent is 25.
