The secondary floor has 3 bedrooms- 2 queen size, 1 set of bunks with a twin and full bed, and a full sized futon. The bottom floor has the house's last bedroom with a queen sized bed. There are linens, extra blankets, and extra pillows so you don’t have to bring a thing with you to have a super comfortable night’s sleep! TVs in all rooms. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are three full bathrooms, each of them stocked with the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. The primary bathroom contains a stall shower and massive bath tub for relaxing. The second floor has a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The bottom floor has a stall shower only. We provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in each bathroom. There are also plenty of towels so you don't have to pack any! ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. The dining area seats 8 guests at the formal dining table and there is additional seating available in the kitchen for 4 more. We even have a high chair for our smallest guests to use! Enjoy your morning coffee or tea with our fully-stocked coffee bar. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The exterior area of this home is huge and is perfect for larger groups to come and have enough space to spread out. It boasts a cozy fire pit with plenty of space for you to relax around. There are 2 disc golf holes, a hammock, private hot tub, and tons of outdoor games. There is a screened-in porch so you can enjoy the outdoors in any weather. There's outdoor seating on couches and chairs and a propane fire pit. The best part? There's a hot tub right on the deck for you to enjoy during your stay! Use our grill and make great memories hanging out at the house. You will also have full access to the Penn Estates amenities including lake and pool! Amenity passes are provided as part of your stay.
