We apologize for any inconvenience but refunds will not be offered if hot tub is not functioning correctly.* ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ This clean and spacious hideaway accommodates up to 14 guests in 5 bedrooms The primary bedroom is fitted with a King-size bed. There are two bedrooms that have 2 twin sized beds in each and two more bedrooms that have queen sized beds. All bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. There are linens, extra blankets, and extra pillows so you don’t have to bring a thing with you to have a super comfortable night’s sleep! Please note: while the house sleeps 14, be mindful of bed sizes and be sure that the set up is appropriate for your group. TVs in the primary bedroom as well as the kids' room. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are two full bathrooms and one half bath, each of them stocked with the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. The half bath is on the first floor and is located right off the living room. The second bathroom is on the second floor and has a stall shower only. The third bathroom has a shower/tub combo. We provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in each bathroom. There are also plenty of towels so you don't have to pack any! ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. The dining area seats 12 guests at the retro, mid-century modern table and there is additional seating available for larger groups. We even have a high chair for our smallest guests to use! Enjoy your morning coffee or tea with our fully-stocked coffee bar. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The exterior area of this home boasts a cozy fire pit with plenty of space for you to relax around. The back yard is large enough to bring everyone out to enjoy the beautiful Pocono outdoors! The backyard is now fully fenced in! There is a large back deck with a table for you to have plenty of space to make yourself at home. The best part? There's a hot tub right off the deck for you to enjoy during your stay! Use our grill and make great memories hanging out at the house. ☆☆ THE COMMUNITY☆☆ Pool Access: There is a heated community pool available. You need a guest pass and must register with the pool attendant. 11am–7pm Beginning weekends at Memorial Day and daily after June 21. The cost is $5 per person per day for ages 14 and up. Children under 14 must be with an adult. Cash payments only. Use of community amenities is not guaranteed. Amenity availability is determined solely by the community/HOA and may change without notice. No refunds or discounts will be provided if amenities are unavailable during your stay. This home is located in a community with full-time residents. We aim to be respectful neighbors and kindly ask that you do the same. Quiet hours will be strictly observed and enforced. After booking, we will ask you to complete and sign a guest registration form that includes your vehicle information and the names/ages of all of your guests. Maximum amount of guests is 14 (over the age of 1-no exceptions can be made.
